Partner Terms

To participate in the Contenify Partner Program ("Program"), you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid bank account for payout purposes, and agree to these Partner Terms ("Terms"). Participation is open to individuals and businesses worldwide unless prohibited by applicable law. Contenify reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

To join the Program, you must submit an application through the official partner registration form. Upon approval by Contenify, you will receive access to a partner dashboard and a unique referral link ("Referral Link"). Your Referral Link is personal and non-transferable.

Contenify may reject, suspend, or terminate your participation at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in activity Contenify deems harmful to its brand or business.

You earn a one-time commission on every eligible product purchase made by a referred customer using your Referral Link. Commission rates vary by partner tier and product, up to a maximum of 40% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, refunds, and payment processing fees).

• Starter Tier: Up to 20% commission per sale
• Growth Tier: Up to 30% commission per sale
• Elite Tier: Up to 40% commission per sale

Commissions are calculated on the final amount received by Contenify after deducting applicable taxes, discounts, and refunds. Tier upgrades are reviewed quarterly based on total sales volume.

Referrals are tracked via a cookie placed on the referred customer's browser upon clicking your Referral Link. The cookie is valid for 90 days from the date of the first click. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different device or browser, the referral may not be credited to your account. Contenify does not guarantee tracking in all technical environments.

Commissions are processed on a monthly basis, typically within the first 10 business days of the following month. Payouts are made via bank transfer to the account details registered in your partner dashboard.

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500
• Commissions below the threshold are carried forward to the next cycle
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings
• Contenify will not process payments to accounts with incomplete or inaccurate bank details

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referrals — purchasing Contenify products through your own Referral Link
• Referring employees, family members, or entities you own or control
• Spamming, misleading advertising, or deceptive marketing practices
• Impersonating Contenify or using Contenify branding without written permission
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of fraudulent referral manipulation
• Making false claims about Contenify products or services
• Bidding on Contenify branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval

Contenify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved Contenify logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not modify Contenify's branding materials. All intellectual property rights in Contenify's materials remain with Contenify.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your Referral Link will be deactivated and any pending commissions for already-completed, non-refunded sales will be paid out at the next regular payout cycle. Commissions for sales made after termination will not be paid.

Contenify reserves the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, and program structure at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
