1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Contenify partner portal at partners.contenify.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply in addition to the Partner Terms where applicable.
2. Account Registration
To access the partner dashboard you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not create accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent, or create multiple accounts for the same individual or business entity.
3. Permitted Use
The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of participating in the Contenify Partner Program. You may use the Platform to:
- View your referral statistics and commission dashboard
- Generate and share your unique Referral Link
- Manage your bank details and payout preferences
- Access partner resources and marketing materials
- Purchase Contenify products on behalf of your referred clients
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than the Partner Program
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, software, dashboard interfaces, copy, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Contenify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicence any part of the Platform.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Contenify is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Contenify does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Referral tracking will be 100% accurate in all circumstances
- Commission data will always be available in real time
Contenify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Contenify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Contenify's total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contenify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable law.
10. Termination
Contenify may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
